If you still haven’t seen the new collection from Ines Susaeta, you’re missing out! Ines Susaeta jewelry is inspired by nature, particularly the sea, and this new collection is no exception. Nikola, the designer behind the brand, gave us the inside scoop about this new collection, along with some beautiful images that detail the inspiration for and development of her new Coral Ring.
“Each ring in this collection has been inspired by a concrete place of origin, creating a unique story around each piece. The coral ring is inspired by the sea coral of Indonesia; more precisely, coral we saw on our trip to Bali and the Mentawai Islands, transparent water paradises where we enjoyed some of the world’s best waves breaking over coral reefs.”
In addition to being inspired by nature, Ines Susaeta is a member of 1% For The Planet, and donates 1% of her annual net sales to various environmental charities. “Nature is to me an inexhaustible source of aesthetic resources,” Susaeta says. “Its sophisticated details, its textures and, above all, the sea, with which I have always had a close connection.”

Jewelry came to Nicola Crawford when she decided to have a career 180 and make a total change. Following several courses in jewelry design and jewelry making, it was a love for vintage that led her to her design ethos. Stumbling upon a love letter from the Second World War, the fact that it had been treasured for so long made Nicola realize the impact of such an intimate thing. Wanting to create a collection based on this feeling, her designs in gold, silver and rose gold are infinitely tactile, beautiful and perfectly heirloom worthy.
From a family of surfers, designer Nikola is inspired by the natural world around her, especially the shells found on the beach in her hometown of Bilbao. Working with silver and bronze, her jewelry is carefully handmade and designed in her workshop. Using only natural packing, she donates a percentage of her profits to natural charities.
