Inspiration

Inspired by a framed baptismal certificate, dated 1909, that I found at Portobello Market, behind which was concealed a black and white photograph of its child subject, Edith Mary Baldwin in a beautiful garden. Use the elements incorporated within the collection and the photograph to create your own narrative for Edith as she looks through the decorative iron gate at the foot of her garden.

Look closely, observe and become the inquisitive child within.

Description

This cheeky winking eye ring is made from a vintage dolly eye within a silver fleur-de-lis claw, plated 18ct rose or yellow gold.

Black Diamond set into the centre of the eye.
